This Cookie Policy explains how Nestify ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our dashboard and website.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences and keep you logged in.

Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. Without them, you cannot use the hosting dashboard or stay logged in.

• Authentication: We use cookies to verify your identity and keep you signed into your account.
• Session Management: To maintain your state across different sections of our dashboard.
• Security: To prevent CSRF attacks and other security threats.

Functionality Cookies

These cookies allow us to remember your choices and provide enhanced features.

• Theme Preferences: To remember whether you prefer Light or Dark mode.
• Organization Context: To remember which organization dashboard you were viewing.

Performance and Analytics

We use basic analytics to understand how our dashboard is being used, which helps us improve our hosting infrastructure and user experience. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Third-Party Cookies

• Polar: We use Polar for payment processing. Polar sets cookies to ensure secure and reliable transactions.
• Authentication Providers: If you sign in via GitHub or GitLab, they may set their own cookies to manage the OAuth session.

Managing Your Cookies

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. However, if you disable all cookies, you will not be able to log into Nestify, as our core authentication mechanism depends on them.
